Northern IrelandThe Association of Healthcare Communicators Northern Ireland (AHC NI)
is a branch of the AHC UK, and aims to promote communications as an integral
part of NHS management and to share best practice with members regionally
and across Britain and Ireland. The AHC NI group offers tangible benefits to members; a network of contacts
for communications practitioners, training and professional development,
access to an annual conference, the sharing of best practice in communications,
and opportunities to work together across the Northern Ireland HPSS to
ensure a joint approach to communication issues of national significance,
including winter planning and the interpretation and dissemination of
